#238 Bush - Letting the Cables Sleep (Nightmares on Wax Remix)

-Why?
One of those few times, when I consider remix being better than original. Pure rhythms hand in hand with a sad melody. For good measure, are the lyrics meaningful for me at the moment. Definitely a tune to repeat.

#194 Jeremy Messersmith - Ghost

-Why?
A bit, so to speak, too obvious melody, but maybe that's why I like it :-)

#172 Firelight - Coming Home

-Why?
Eurovision Song Contest semi-final II. I basically chose this song just because 1) the front singer looks so badly like a friend of mine (I even asked him why didn't he ever tell me he is a singer from Malta :P) and 2) obviously beautiful melody. PS. If anyone know how is this instrument in his hands called, let me know :)

#167 John Farnham - You're The Voice

-Why?
Such a throwback, isn't it!? I went to International Popchoir Festival today and one group from Netherlands was singing this fabulous song. It has a refrain, that's impossible to stop singing. Do you feel, how much power can one "Ooo" consist? I still feel shivers and wonder why didn't any conductor of the choirs that I have been singing in, never took this song to our repertory...hmm.

Couple of pictures from festival, made by me:

#148 Clean Bandit feat Jess Glynne - Rather Be

-Why?
I know I'm late. Just because I do not enjoy such club music at home as much as I'd enjoy it by dancing outside. And here's the problem: I still haven't found this one and only (or I wouldn't even mind many and only) club, bar or series of events  in Berlin, that matches with my music taste & that I could blindly trust. Perhaps I have friends who like more clubbing (psy, techno, trance etc) and I've followed them too much so far :D I need to be able to recognize the music and especially melody, that's why like this tune here. Cheers!

#51 Ott Lepland (& Sven Grünberg) - Hüüa mind

Right song to post on a day when I'm leaving Estonia and don't know when I can come back again :( Since I'm not so big fan of Ott Lepland, that I have listened all his albums, I found that song couple of nights ago from someone's playlist in soundcloud. Quite sad melody, but this is why Sven Grünberg has always captivated me - he is able to write write such beautiful tunes that always make me want to cry :) And one more thing - Ott's Estonian pronuncation is close to perfect, so if you want to hear this language sung properly, he is the one to listen to.

#43 Kõrsikud - Viimases jaamas

I lost my way into their concert tonight. Suddenly in a first row. For free.
It was their last album's presentation tour and the very last concert of it. Unfortunately were there very many uncertainties for me - they must have been tired or something else had happened - I didn't see this usual spark in their eyes and and excitement about giving a gig. But anyway, here is a song that I was able to remember due to its nice melody. Originally polish song, lyrics by Jaan Pehk.

#42 Taavi Otsus - Unistaja

Music helps me to fall asleep sometimes. I was listening to some random playlist in soundcloud last night and this song popped up: such a beautiful melody and familiar voice.

#41 Alt-J - Dissolve Me

You know, there are some short rhythms or main melodies that grab your attention from the beginning of the song. Here is one that I like very much. An artist found from Coachella 2014 lineup.

#30 Nina Simone - I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free

I could swear the beginning of this songs sounds exactly like Liisi Koikson's "Sel ööl":

(Click on the play button in front of third song: Sel ööl)
Every single time when Nina Simone's song starts playing in radio, I sing "Sel ööl" along with it.
Matches so bad and I wonder how does the composer of Sel ööl melody feel if he knew it :)

#27 Die Prinzen - Millionär

Super very extra mega non-traditional song in my blog. Its melody is so fascinating, that my feet can't stop dancing under the table. :D
